Two types of annual returns are filed every year under the FSSAI Act:

FORM D1 (Annual Return): Every food manufacturer, importer, etc. must file FSSAI FORM D1 by May 31st, 2022
FORM D2 (Half-Yearly Return): Manufacturers of milk/milk products must file FSSAI FORM D2 by September 30th/March 30th, 2022
