Structured Feedback System: Their organization utilizes formal feedback and performance reviews (e.g., annual reviews, 360-degree feedback). This is essential for our work on stakeholder perception and addressing the narrative gap.

Minimum Experience Level: The client has a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or people-management role.

High Ambition: The client is actively and seriously pursuing a senior leadership role and is committed to investing in their long-term professional growth.
