1. Subscription Cancellation

a. Auto-Renewal Subscriptions:

If you purchased a recurring subscription, you may cancel it at any time through:

  • The app's Account Settings, or
  • The Google Play Store or Apple App Store (for in-app purchases)
Cancellation will:
  • Stop future auto-renewal billing
  • Not result in a refund for the current billing period
b. One-Time Purchases (e.g. Premium Likes)

These purchases are non-cancellable once used or activated

2. When Can You Cancel?

You may cancel your subscription any time before the next billing cycle.

Access to premium features will continue until the end of your current subscription period

3. Exceptions for Cancellation

We allow special cancellation requests in the following cases:

  • Technical errors where service wasn’t activated
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
