Payment Policy – Siya Tourism

At Siya Tourism, all payments are subject to the terms outlined below. By proceeding with any payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Payment Policy.

1. Advance Payment Requirement

An advance payment is mandatory to confirm any tour package, hotel booking, car rental, cab service, or other travel-related services.

The advance amount may range between 50% to 100% of the total booking value, depending on the nature of the service.

100% advance payment may be required for:

  • Peak season travel
  • Festival or holiday periods
  • Last-minute bookings
  • Special or customized travel packages

The advance payment requirement is determined based on:

  • Destination
  • Type of service booked
  • Travel dates
  • Peak or off-season period
  • Supplier or vendor terms

A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.

2. Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be paid prior to the commencement of the journey; balance payment is mandatory. Failure to pay on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and any advance payment already made will not be refunded. Siya Tourism shall not be responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or consequences arising from delayed, incomplete, or non-payment of the balance amount.

3. Accepted Modes of Payment

Siya Tourism accepts the following modes of payment:

  • UPI
  • Net Banking
  • Debit Card / Credit Card
  • Bank Transfer

Other digital payment methods as communicated from time to time

Cash payments (where accepted) must be settled before service commencement.

4. Taxes and Additional Charges

All prices are subject to applicable GST, government taxes, toll charges, parking fees, state permits, and entry fees, unless stated otherwise. Any increase in taxes, fuel costs, or supplier charges shall be borne by the customer.

5. Payment Confirmation

Payment confirmations will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Customers are advised to retain payment receipts or screenshots for future reference. Siya Tourism is not responsible for delays in booking confirmation caused by failed, incomplete, or delayed payments.

6. Payment Security

Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Siya Tourism does not store or have access to customers’ card details, CVV numbers, or banking credentials. Any payment-related issues arising from banks or payment gateways are beyond the control of Siya Tourism.

7. Non-Refundable Payments

Convenience fees, service charges, booking fees, and promotional discounts are strictly non-refundable. Advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable, subject to the cancellation policies of third-party suppliers. Any applicable refunds shall be processed strictly in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Siya Tourism shall not be responsible for any loss, non-refundability, or consequences arising from non-refundable payments.

8. Failed or Duplicate Payments

In the event of failed or duplicate transactions: o Customers must notify Siya Tourism with valid proof of payment. o Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after verification, typically within 10 - 20 working days. Siya Tourism is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways

9. Dispute Resolution

Any payment-related dispute must be raised within 4 days from the transaction date. The decision of Siya Tourism regarding payment disputes shall be final and binding. Siya Tourism shall not be responsible for any issues, losses, or consequences if a dispute is not raised within the specified period. In

Siya Tourism reserves the right to refuse or cancel services in cases of:

  • Non-payment or delayed payment
  • Suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized transactions
