Terms & Conditions – Siya Tourism

Welcome to Siya Tourism By booking or availing of any services offered by us—including tour packages, travel arrangements, car rentals, cab services, or hotel bookings—you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment (mandatory). Booking confirmations and details will be communicated via WhatsApp, email, or telephone. Prices may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in fuel costs, taxes, supplier rates, or availability.

2. Payment Policy

Advance payment is compulsory to secure any booking. Full and final payment must be completed before the commencement of the journey. 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges depend on the timing of cancellation and the type of service booked. No refunds will be provided in cases of no-show, early departure, or partially/fully unused services. Certain hotels, transport services, or activities may be strictly non-refundable as per third-party supplier policies. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed strictly according to the policies of the respective third-party service provider, cab operator, hotel, or tour provider. Siya Tourism shall not be responsible for refund delays, denials, or non-processing.

4. Changes & Amendments

Any requests for changes to travel dates, itineraries, vehicles, or accommodations are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. Requests must be submitted in advance.

5. Travel Documents & Identification

Travelers must carry valid government-issued identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, etc.). For international travel, valid passports, visas, and other required documents are solely the traveler’s responsibility. Siya Tourism shall not be liable for denied boarding, entry refusal, or travel disruption due to documentation issues.

6. Car Rental & Transportation Policy

Vehicle type is subject to availability. Siya Tourism shall not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, mechanical issues, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Toll fees, parking charges, state permits, and entry fees shall be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise. Any damage caused by the customer to the vehicle is chargeable.

7. Hotels & Accommodation

Hotel check-in/check-out times are governed by hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges. Siya Tourism shall not be responsible for hotel staff conduct, food quality, room services, or amenities.

8. Sightseeing & Itinerary

The itinerary is indicative and may be modified due to weather, traffic, road closures, government regulations, or unforeseen events. No refund will be provided for missed sightseeing or activities resulting from such circumstances.

9. Criminal, Illegal, or Unauthorized Activities

Any involvement of drivers, customers, or service personnel in illegal, unlawful, or criminal activities—including drug use, theft, fraud, vandalism, violence, harassment, abusive behavior, or violation of local laws—is strictly prohibited. Siya Tourism shall not be responsible for any legal consequences, penalties, fines, arrests, or actions resulting from such activities. Full responsibility rests solely with the individual(s) involved.

10. Limitation of Liability

Siya Tourism acts only as a booking facilitator between customers and third-party service providers. Siya Tourism shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, losses, theft, delays, natural calamities, strikes, or events beyond reasonable control. Travelers are responsible for their personal safety and belongings at all times.

11. Force Majeure

Siya Tourism shall not be responsible for service disruptions, delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, roadblocks, or emergencies.

12. Customer & Driver Conduct

Courteous and respectful behavior toward drivers, hotel staff, tour guides, and fellow travelers is mandatory. Siya Tourism shall not be responsible for the behavior, misconduct, language, or illegal actions of drivers, vehicle owners, or service providers. Any disputes, delays, or inconvenience caused by drivers or service providers are the responsibility of the respective provider.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Siya Tourism website—including text, images, logos, designs, and branding—is the intellectual property of Siya Tourism. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
